We tried our hand at a new design to decorate the top of this lovely, four tier cake for a Friday wedding at Casa Real. The ruffles seamlessly blossom into a rose right in the center, accented with precise sugar pearl beading and a rhinestone ribbon wrapped around the base of each tier for some added sparkle.
